We are a referral service
DeckNear connects callers with independent local pros for deck work. That is the whole of our role. We make the connection, and the pro does the work.
We do not do the work ourselves. We have no crew, we do not visit your home to build, and we do not sign your building agreement.
How we are paid
There is no cost to the caller for the referral. You pay DeckNear nothing at any stage.
We may be paid per call or per lead by the pro we connect you with. That is how the service is funded. The pro is a separate business, sets its own price and terms, and answers for its own work.
The steps
- You request a quote. Use the quote button on this page and share your city and the type of deck work you need, whether it is a new build, a replacement or a repair.
- We connect you. We pass your request to an independent local pro who does that type of work in your city.
- The pro assesses and quotes. The pro contacts you, visits if needed, checks the site and gives you a quote in their own name.
- You decide. You can hire the pro, ask more questions or say no. There is no duty to hire anyone we connect you with.
If you hire a pro, your agreement is directly with that pro. Ask them about licensing where it applies, who pulls the permit, and what the quote covers, before work starts.
